Capacity Development, and Community Service Institutional Strength (VIPAMARU)

Vijana Pambana Pata Maendeleo Rukwa (VIPAMARU), like many youth-led organizations, initially faced numerous challenges in the beginning. Developing winning proposals was a significant hurdle, leading to a lack of funds to support their thematic interventions. Moreover, implementing projects related to policy matters, such as policy reviews, policy advocacy, and advocacy projects, proved to be challenging. However, with the support of Pact through the USAID-funded Data Driven Advocacy (DDA) project, VIPAMARU has undergone significant strengthening. The organization is now actively engaged in transforming the lives of young people, children, and women, marking a positive shift from the challenges they faced in the past.
