PACSO envision to have vibrant and accountable member working toward sustainable development and to improve the lively hood of the Pemba community
To work with civil societies in Pemba and strengthen PACSO management and its member's capacity on information sharing, lobbing and advocacy, networking, research, engagement in policy ad budget processes and programming in order to contribute to poverty reduction and good governance in Zanzibar.
