Tanzanite Support Organization
Tanzanite Support Organization (TSO) is Tanzanian Non-Governmental Organization that was established and registered as an NGO on 2021 in the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Women, and Special Groups (MoCDGWS) in accordance with the Non-Governmental Organizations Act of 2002 as amended in 2019. Tanzanite Support Organization offers basic life skills to enable youths, starting at the age of 15, to increase their self-esteem, improve social-emotional skills, and master economic empowerment skills as part of discovering and maximizing their aptitudes to become self-reliant.

DATA DRIVEN ADVOCACY PROJECTS
Tanzanite Support Organization has not been involved with data-driven advocacy, although with the past three years of executing its program called achieve self-reliance, which aims to empower Tanzanian youths aged from 15 years who are living in difficult conditions, through offering life skills services to acquire positive self-esteem, social emotional skills, and economic empowerment skills that enabling them to achieve self-reliance, TSO discovered that, youth at the age of 15, TSO discovered that youth under the age of 15 lack government support in obtaining economic empowerment skills, particularly those who can begin earning money and manage it even with the supervision of a guardian, because even the youth development policy does not emphasize the importance of beginning to teach economic empowerment skills to youths at the age of 15.
