Advancing Youth Opportunities Initiative (AYOI) a youth-led and for impact organization dedicated to scale environmental solutions and every youth is engaged in running sustainable livelihood, established in 2020 and registered in 2021 operate in Tanzania Mainland with it headquarter office in Buswelu, Mwanza – Tanzania. Through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, community engagement and a relentless pursuit of change, Advancing Youth Opportunities Initiative (AYOI) empower, train and mentor youth not in education, employment or training by providing skills, resources, and support to unlock the potential within each individual. Our focus on sustainable practices ensures that the impact we make today resonates for generations and safeguarding our planet.

MISSION AND VISION

Every youth running a sustainable enterprise or being gainfully employed.
To create opportunities where youth start, grow and sustain their enterprises, while enabling those seeking employment to become professional and productive.

DATA DRIVEN ADVOCACY PROJECTS

Digital Advocacy and Social Media Program, is a program that is implemented by AYOI targeting youth in college/universities or graduates to equip youth with digital literacy mainly on campaign planning, use of technology, management of social media platforms and compliance for public sharing of photo, video and audios as well as digital marketing for business growth. Yet, 482 students at Institute of Rural Development and Planning (IRDP Mwanza Campus) have benefited on this program also 69 youth from Ilemala and Nyamagana Councils have been equipped on digital marketing skills, running online campaign and fundraising.
